Aviation Logistics Warehouse Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Officer to join our team at Pacific Turbine Group (PAG). This is a full-time role based at our Pinkenba, Queensland facility. In this position, you will be reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engine repair operations by ensuring the efficient management and distribution of aviation parts and materials.

What you'll be doing

1. Receiving, inspecting, and storing aviation parts and materials in our warehouse

2. Picking, packing, and dispatching orders for repair and internal departments

3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

4. Assisting with the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics

5. Performing regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

6. Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

7. Adhering to all company procedures, policies, safety and quality requirements

What we're looking for

1. Demonstrated experience in a similar aviation logistics or warehouse role

2. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and MS Office suite

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

4. Willingness to learn and work within company procedures, gaining and maintaining knowledge in a regulated industry

5. Ability to work effectively without full supervision to meet deadlines

6. Forklift license

7. Passion for the aviation industry and a commitment to safety and quality
