• Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach

• Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values

• Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families

• Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care.

• Experience in leading and supervising teams of people and liaising with families.

• Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

• A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.

• The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• Recognised tertiary qualification and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
