The Role
We are looking for a casual Chef/Cook who is competent on grill, pans & pass to join our talented team. Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes as per our menu and recipes

• Monitor the quality of raw and cooked food

• Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment

• Prepare food to meet any special dietary requirements of customers

• Ensure meals are prepared as per the hygiene standards and served on time

• Assist with creating new seasonal menus and specials

• Ensure food is stored in temperature-controlled facilities

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Certificate IV qualification in Commercial Cookery is required

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role is required

• Enthusiastic and motivated individual

• Friendly, positive & approachable attitude
