About Our School
Holy Spirit is a vibrant, happy and welcoming Primary School. We are a close-knit community with a strong connection to our Parish in Bray Park. Each year level is comprised of three classes, supported by a comprehensive Learning Support Team and School Officers. Student wellbeing and progress is central. Our Year Level Teams work collaboratively to prepare and plan for optimal engagement for all students; each Team is well supported by the Primary Learning Leader and other key personnel. We promote a positive work culture through regular professional development opportunities, allocated non-contact time, effective contemporary resourcing, staff wellbeing activities and a true sense of belonging. The school is well-resourced with 1-1 iPads for students and IT devices provided for each staff member.
Student wellbeing and learning engagement are both promoted and supported through our Positive Behaviour for Learning practices, additional Targeted Support Teachers and our Wellbeing Staff. About The Opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
Coordinating School Enrolment process, maintenance of school website, BCE Connect communicationSchool Marketing FacebookCoordinating Prep OrientationProviding administrative and operational support and advice on a diverse range of mattersDeveloping and/or administering processes and procedures and responding to enquiriesMonitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies and standardsFacilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service deliverySupervising and training support staff as required, ensuring high standards of administrative support.
About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
Having provided a wide variety of administrative and operational supportCoordinating tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Advising on administrative tasks and processes, driving process improvementsUnderstanding of compliance within a school and delivering on relevant legislation, policy and proceduresLed and supported administrative staff, ensuring their smooth onboarding and providing effective training for optimal performanceFor this position you are not required to be Catholic
