Are you an experienced traffic and transport professional who enjoys managing strategic projects, solving complex transport challenges and working with communities?
Do you want to help shape an integrated, safe and accessible transport network for the City of Mitcham?
We are looking for a Traffic and Transport Planner to join our Traffic and Transport team and contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic transport studies, plans and projects across the City of Mitcham.

At the City of Mitcham, we offer:
The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader Traffic and Transport, you will manage and deliver strategic traffic and transport studies, plans and projects, including multi-stage studies, consultant coordination and community engagement.
You will provide specialist advice on traffic and transport matters, coordinate consultants and procurement activities, contribute to Council’s endorsed transport strategies and policies, and work with internal teams, government agencies, residents and community groups to support an integrated, safe and accessible local transport network.
