We're currently seeking **Production Workers* to join our growing manufacturing team across our **Mattress Assembly, Spring Line, Quilting and Sewing** departments. Whether you're looking for a **full-time position** or **casual employment**, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We're looking for reliable, safety-focused Production Workers who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and are eager to learn new skills.

This is a fast-paced, physically active role where you'll help manufacture high-quality mattresses and bedding products. You'll receive full training and have the opportunity to become multi-skilled across our production areas while working safely to meet production and quality targets.

Casual employees must be available to work Monday to Friday during our operational hours.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your allocated department, your responsibilities may include:

Mattress Assembly

• Assemble mattress components to specification
• Glue, staple and fit foams, fabrics and other materials
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Spring Line

• Operate spring manufacturing equipment
• Assemble and inspect spring units
• Monitor product quality and report any defects

Quilting

• Operate quilting machinery to produce quilted fabric panels
• Monitor machine performance and fabric quality
• Complete quality checks and maintain production standards

Sewing

• Operate industrial sewing machines
• Sew mattress covers and bedding components to specification
• Inspect finished work to ensure a high-quality finish

Across all work centres you will:

• Safely operate production machinery, equipment and hand tools
• Perform manual handling of raw materials and finished products
• Rotate between tasks as required
• Follow safe work procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Report equipment faults, hazards and quality concerns
• Contribute to achieving daily production targets

• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
• Physical capability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• A willingness to learn new skills across different production areas
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Experience operating industrial sewing or manufacturing equipment is highly regarded
• A current Forklift Licence (LF) is desirable, but not essential
