This is a rare opportunity for an experienced retail store manager to open Lorna Jane’s very first store in Bowral.  Nestled in the wine country of the Southern Highlands, it’s an exclusive, uncommercialised market with a genuine appreciation for quality.  Would you like to be part of this exciting new retail precinct taking shape in the heart of town? 

As our founding Store Leader, you’ll set the standard from day one building your team, shaping the culture, and establishing Lorna Jane as the destination for women across the Highlands. This role needs two things in equal measure: the ability to develop and inspire people, and the discipline to run a tight, commercially strong store.
