Customer Service Representative

Our company is a large family-owned franchise of the Avis Budget group with 16 offices located throughout the outer suburbs of Melbourne and regional Victoria. Currently we have a vacancy for a Customer Service Representative at our Traralgon and surrounding branches.

So, what does a day look like when you work for us? Well, we have a saying that no two days are the same and its true. As a Customer Service representative, you will 

• Be front of house greeting customers and processing their rentals. 

• Answer the phones and take reservations, be it in our branch or our new reservations centre.

• Deliver vehicles to customers 

• Drive vehicles between local branches. 

• You will have a lot of fun!

All we need from you is a Can Do attitude and a commitment to the customer.  Our business is open 364 days per year thus there is a need for all our Customer Service representatives to work every second weekend. Having said, the feedback we have from our staff is that they love the roster!
