Community & Membership Growth Manager

TradieWives is growing, and we're looking for someone who's ready to become the face of our community.

We're on the hunt for a Community & Membership Growth Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, based in beautiful Mona Vale.

This isn't your typical community role.

We're not looking for someone to simply answer comments or tick off a content calendar. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves connecting with people. Someone who gets excited about welcoming new members, celebrating wins, building relationships and creating a community people can't wait to be part of.

If you're the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone, loves bringing people together and isn't afraid to jump on stories or film a behind-the-scenes reel, you might just be exactly who we're looking for.

About the Role

This role is all about people.

You'll become the face of TradieWives, helping women discover our community, feel welcomed from the moment they join and continue feeling supported as they become long-term members.

You'll work closely with our Founder and wider team to grow engagement across our public community, free Facebook group and paid membership. While our marketing team looks after the broader marketing strategy and campaigns, you'll bring the community to life through genuine conversations, engaging content and meaningful relationships.

A typical day may include:

• Jumping on stories or filming a behind-the-scenes reel to share what's happening inside the TradieWives community.

• Welcoming new members into the free Facebook group and helping them feel right at home.

• Starting conversations, celebrating member wins and keeping the community engaged.

• Hosting a virtual coffee catch-up or supporting one of our member sessions.

• Chatting with women who are curious about the membership and helping them understand whether it's the right fit.

• Attending a masterclass, pulling out the best moments and sharing them with the wider community.

• Catching up with partners and contributors to help connect members with the right people.

• Brainstorming fresh ideas with the team to make our community even better.

About You 

You're someone who genuinely enjoys being around people.

You love building relationships, remembering names, celebrating other people's wins and making others feel welcome. You bring positive energy wherever you go and you're just as comfortable chatting to a room full of people as you are jumping on Stories or filming a quick video.

You're not someone who waits to be told what to do. If you see an opportunity to improve something, you'll probably already have an idea for how to make it happen. You enjoy trying new things, you're happy to step outside your comfort zone and you understand that building a thriving community comes from showing up consistently.

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in community management, membership management, customer engagement or a similar relationship-focused role.

• Experience building and engaging online communities.

• A background in marketing, sales or customer engagement.

• Confidence creating authentic social media content, including talking-to-camera videos, Stories and behind-the-scenes content.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

• A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership and bring new ideas to life.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Confidence using technology and AI to work smarter, while relying on your own judgement and initiative.

• Lived experience or an understanding of the trades industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
