About the role
We're looking for an experienced Medicare Officer to join Bourke Aboriginal Corporation Health Service (BACHS) in a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in New South Wales.
If you're someone who enjoys the detail of Medicare claiming, loves solving billing problems and wants your work to directly support better health outcomes for Aboriginal communities, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Deputy CEO, you'll be responsible for ensuring Medicare claims are processed accurately, ethically and efficiently, helping maximise legitimate Medicare revenue while maintaining compliance with Medicare requirements.
You'll work closely with our clinical, finance and administration teams to improve claiming processes, resolve issues and support staff with Medicare requirements.
