CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Posi Track Operator / Site Labourer to join a reputable civil construction contractor delivering major projects across Perth.

You’ll initially be based on the Midland Rail Project, operating a Posi Track and assisting with general civil site duties. This is a great opportunity to secure steady hours on a high-profile infrastructure project, with ongoing opportunities also available across projects including the Australian Hockey Stadium.

What’s on Offer

• $45/hr + penalties
• 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
• 50 hours per week
• 4–5 months of confirmed work
• Potential permanent transition for the right candidate
• $19 meal allowance after 1.5 hours overtime
• $21.94 daily travel allowance
• Immediate start available from Wednesday
• Major Perth civil and rail infrastructure projects

About the Role

This is a hands-on role combining machine operation and general site labouring. You will be responsible for operating a Posi Track safely and efficiently, while supporting the civil crew with general labouring, site preparation, material handling and clean-up duties as required.

You must be comfortable working independently, following site procedures and maintaining a high standard of safety.

What You’ll Need

• Current Posi Track ticket — essential
• Civil construction experience; mining experience also considered
• White Card
• Ability to work alone and take initiative

Highly Regarded

• Current RIW Card or Rail Industry Clearance
• Excavator ticket
• Telehandler ticket
• Magni / 360 Telehandler ticket

Candidates with a current RIW Card or Rail Industry Clearance are strongly preferred. For suitable experienced Posi Track Operators without rail clearance, training can be arranged immediately, with successful candidates ready to commence from Wednesday.
