About the Role
As a Client Care Representative, you will play a critical role as the primary link between our clients and the clinical team. You’ll ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for clients and their pets, from the moment they walk through our doors to the time they leave and beyond.
  
This is a permanent part-time position, offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight. The roster includes:

• Overnight shifts (11:00pm – 6:00am) every Friday and Saturday
• One additional CCR shift each week
• Access to excellent penalty rates for overnight and weekend work

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a difference. As AES Underwood operates as an after-hours clinic, flexibility and confidence working night shifts are essential.
  
What Your Day Looks Like

• Providing exceptional care to clients and pets, including triaging pets on arrival
• Communicating updates about pets to clients and addressing their queries
• Collaborating with the team regarding updates, patient needs, and financial details
• Assisting clients with financial transactions and insurance claims
• Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations
• Performing administrative duties that support the clinic’s operations

  
About You

• Personal mode of transport (essential for overnight shift work)
• Available to work overnight shifts (11:00pm – 6:00am) every Friday and Saturday, plus an additional weekly shift
