About the role

In this pivotal role, you'll be providing medical reception and admin support to our healthcare providers, upholding exceptional service standards for our patients, and managing appointments and scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Providing medical reception and admin support to our healthcare providers
• Upholding exceptional service standards for our patients
• Managing appointments and scheduling
• Clear and prompt communication with providers regarding patient enquiries
• Navigating clinic software (experience with clinic to cloud software is a plus)
• Ensuring billing is completed promptly and correctly
• Keeping our office tidy and stock updated
• Handling private and hospital billings
• Being the friendly voice for patient enquiries via calls and emails
• Assisting in surgery coordination and quotations

About you

• High level of communication skills and approachable positive personality
• Must have Medical Administration experience
• A dedicated work ethic that doesn't falter under pressure
• The positivity to tackle challenges head-on
• A knack for building trust and relationships with patients
• Confidentiality in all interactions
