Bakers Delight Mount Eliza have an exciting career opportunity for a Qualified Baker to join our team. We are passionate about bringing out the best in the people who work for us, we craft great bread, develop bakery leaders and offer pathways to future bakery ownership, through our fresh franchisee program.

• Bakery operates 7 days a week, so weekend work will be required.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Scratch baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs.

• Working with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure a high standard of product quality, take pride in something you helped create.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure product is delivered on time to meet customer demands.

• Providing excellent customer service when required.

• Supporting other team members and foster good working relationships.

·         Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and safety of the bakery.

To apply you will need:

• Drivers licence or reliable transport.

• The capacity to work full time

• Enthusiasm and commitment to self improvement.

• Certificate III in Baking

• Enjoy being challenged

• Neatly presented, punctual and reliable

Must be experienced, Bakers Delight experience preferred but not essential
