Your Impact

As an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in our next phase of expansion. Partner mentoring, genuine progression, and the chance to make an immediate impact come standard.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate directly with Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Lead and review financial statements and tax returns across a broad range of structures (companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, individuals)
• Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients
• Prepare and review BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG
• Liaise with ATO and other statutory bodies
• Support team development through training and mentoring
• Contribute to team workshops, training sessions, and social events
• Deliver high‑quality client service with professionalism and initiative

 What You Bring

• 3+ years in a Chartered Accounting practice
• CA qualified or currently completing
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, self‑starter mindset
• Genuine commitment to helping clients thrive
