Join us as a Case Manager and Support Coordinator, and be part of something bigger.
We are seeking two passionate individual's who will be working across the Adelaide Universal After-care Service, the Case Managers/Support Coordinators are responsible for providing non-clinical care and practical psychosocial support to individuals in the first three months following a suicide attempt or suicidal crisis.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 30th June 2027 based at Hindmarsh.
