Our team is expanding, and we’re now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join our busy head office.

• Mobilization of tradespeople to mine sites across Western Australia

• Booking and managing employee flights, accommodation and training

• Coordinating medicals, inductions, PPE and compliance documents

• Timesheet and payroll reconciliation

• Generating and reconciling monthly invoices

• Supporting divisional coordinators with a variety of admin tasks

• Maintaining accurate records including training matrices and license tracking

• Providing excellent internal and external customer service

• Experience in administration or mobilizations in the mining/resources sector

• Experience with invoicing, payroll, or workforce coordination highly regarded

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Strong communication skills and great attention to detail

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Able to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines

• Permanent full-time position

• Monday to Friday

• Applecross location with free onsite parking

• Base salary + bonuses
