What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a craft or artisanal baking environment

• Strong knowledge and experience with sourdough production

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and high standards

• A positive attitude and willingness to grow within a dynamic business

• Flexibility to work rotating schedules across multiple locations, including nights and weekends

Your Responsibilities

• Working alongside our growing bakery team to produce high-quality sourdough bread

• Performing core baking tasks including mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking

• Following processes carefully to ensure consistency and exceptional product quality

• Operating bakery equipment independently, including mixers, ovens, oven loaders, dividers, dough breakers, and provers

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace in line with health and safety standards
