About the Role
Due to an expansion in our operations, we are currently seeking a Recruitment Officer on a full-time basis for a 1 year fixed-term contract. You will help coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy approval through to candidate commencement. Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you'll source quality talent, manage recruitment campaigns, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, and ensure every candidate receives a professional and positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for approved vacancies across multiple business areas
• Prepare engaging job advertisements and manage vacancy postings across multiple recruitment platforms
• Screen applications and conduct phone interviews to assess suitability
• Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks, compliance documents and other pre-employment requirements
• Coordinate employment offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide reporting on recruitment activity
• Ensure recruitment practices remain compliant, inclusive and aligned with organisational policies and legislation

About You
You'll be an organised and motivated recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding service. You can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and provide a positive candidate experience.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or high-volume recruitment coordination
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Previous experience recruiting within the transport & logistics industry will be highly regarded
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality
