We’re offering a unique hybrid Field Services Expert role combining technical field engineering services with clinical applications support.

Great opportunity for someone from biomedical or field engineering who’s ready for a change.

You’ll receive extensive hands-on training in Australia and internationally and support a portfolio of pathology laboratory diagnostic systems across the VIC/TAS region

Your role:

Visiting customer sites across VIC/TAS which include public/private hospitals and laboratories.Engineering support (80%) - Perform installations, preventative maintenance, upgrades and corrective servicesApplications support (20%)- Deliver application training, workflow optimisation and ongoing customer supportBuild strong customer relationships to improve system performance and patient outcomesWork closely with internal teams and share customer insights to support product improvementsAdhere to all EHS and compliance requirements

Your expertise:

The successful candidate will be trade qualified or university trainedHappy to work autonomously when trainedHold an unrestricted driver’s licenceAble to travel across state, interstate and overseas.Be able to provide evidence of your permanent work rights in Australia.
