Lead Hand Landscaper

Enthusiastic Workers Wanted

Replenish Landscaping is looking for a full time qualified employee to work 4-5 days a week. Offering above award wages and bonuses $42 an hour starting wage. A full time worker is wanted however all applicants will have a trial period.

We are a small landscape gardening business, that produces high quality work and care for clients to improve quality of life.

Duties include: Construction and Maintenance works from Turf Works, Water Features, Lawn Maintenance, Pruning, Weeding, Timber Construction, Paving, Irrigation, Planting, Excavation, Retaining Walls, Fencing, Design Work, Machinery Use Etc.

You will be helping me onsite with the construction of Landscapes 3 days a week with the potential for 1 day of construction leading the small team and each Friday can be helping the maintenance team or a day off depending on wanted hours.

Days will be versatile, rarely repeating from week to week.

All ages welcome, but experience/knowledge and positive attitude a must.

Paid trail days will be offered to keen individuals.

Skills and Certificates wanted:

Good communication

Problem solving

Great attitude

Interest in Construction and Horticulture

Willingness to learn

Honesty

General fitness

Trailer experience/ interest to learn

Landscape construction Cert III or Horticultural Cert III or equivalent trade certificate.

If Horticultural Cert, must have experience in landscape construction.

Study beyond this of course would be compensated accordingly.

Must have or the ability to obtain the following:

Drivers licence

Access to vehicle each day for trial car provided once full time

Working with vulnerable peoples check (as we work with the NDIS)

White card

Asbestos awareness training

Silica awareness training

Open to start dates, We currently have plenty of work so can be as soon as a week from application, happy to wait to suit your needs if the right fit.
