Wentworthville Clinic's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages; 

• Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations across a variety of mental health specialties, including: general mental health, drug and alcohol, eating disorders and women's trauma service
• Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Start your mental health nursing journey at Wentworthville Clinic, where you’ll be supported to grow your confidence and develop specialist skills in a caring and supportive environment. As a graduate, you’ll gain experience across a range of mental health specialties and have the opportunity to rotate across different areas of the clinic. You’ll be supported by experienced mental health clinicians and a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator who are passionate about helping you transition from student to nurse. • Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma in Nursing. 
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
• Hold valid Australian work rights.
