What You'll Be Doing

As a Baskineer, you'll help bring joy to our guests by:

• Welcoming every guest with a smile and delivering friendly, genuine service.

• Scooping and preparing our delicious ice cream, shakes, sundaes and desserts to our quality standards.

• Helping guests discover new flavours and making recommendations they'll love.

• Working with your team to keep the store clean, organised and ready for every guest.

• Operating the register and processing transactions accurately.

• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.

• Bringing positive energy and helping create a fun team environment every shift.

What We Are Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Take pride in delivering great customer service.

• Can work evenings, weekends and school holidays.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but it's your attitude that matters most.
• Must be available to work one weeknight shift and two weekend shifts.
