World of Water Plumbing & Gas is a growing commercial plumbing company delivering projects across Adelaide.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administration to join our office team.

This is an office-based administration role that supports the successful delivery of commercial projects through project administration, procurement coordination, tender preparation and client communication.

This is a newly created role within our business as we continue to grow and strengthen our internal systems and project delivery processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and taking ownership. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to help shape the role and play a key part in the future growth of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing project administration from award to completion

• Coordinating inductions, compliance and project documentation

• Ordering materials and coordinating supplier deliveries

• Tracking and managing project variations

• Monitoring project budgets, procurement and project costs

• Assisting management with project cost tracking and reporting

• Liaising with builders, suppliers and site teams

• Assisting with procurement and purchasing activities

• Preparing O&M manuals and project handover documentation

• Maintaining project registers, schedules and project records

• Reviewing plans, specifications and tender documents

• Requesting and managing supplier quotations

• Assisting with take-offs and tender preparation

• Supporting estimating and project planning activities

About You

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Proactive, solutions focused and able to think ahead

• Confident using computer systems and software

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Construction, plumbing or trade administration experience highly regarded

• Experience with ServiceM8, Bluebeam, Xero or similar software advantageous
