Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options to customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

About You

• Previous experience in a café or barista role preferred.

• Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings (the café is open from 9:30am until midnight and the position will require shifts that can run until midnight).

• Current Safe Food Handling, RSA, and RSG certification.
