The role:

James Milson Village is seeking passionate, professional and flexible Aged Care Employee - Carer/AIN with either Certificate III in Individual Support OR Certificate IV medication qualification HLTHPS007 in Residential Aged Care.

Their primary function is to provide high quality, safe and effective personal care that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice to the residents of James Milson Village at Woolwich.

Who we are looking for:

• Must have either Cert IV medication qualification HLTHPS007 or Certificate III In Individual Support.
• Ensure that our resident care and treatments are documented to meet regulatory requirements.
• You will be a team player, professional, friendly and can work a regular roster within our village
• Must have at least one year experience in a similar role; preferably in aged care
• Additional knowledge/qualifications in other aged care related fields, (e.g., dementia care, continence) is desirable
• Excellent customer service and nursing/care skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy aged care home
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride personal appearance.
• Strive for excellence in care and service for our people
