Local HR Driver

Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and responsible Local HR Driver to become a key part of our PUD team. If you take pride in delivering high quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are looking for a reliable individual to safely complete pick ups and deliveries across the local area, while providing excellent customer service and representing Followmont to a high standard.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Full time, permanent role

• Monday to Friday | 7:00am start

• Regular Generous Overtime

Responsibilities:

• Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight across your allocated run

• Safely manage deliveries to ensure they are on time and in full

• Perform manual handling, including occasional hand unload of freight at customer sites

• Operate a tailgate for deliveries where required, including loading and unloading freight safely

• Use a pallet jack to assist with deliveries, ensuring correct handling and placement of freight

• Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records

• Work in a steady paced environment while maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy

• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

What You Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a structured environment

• Current HR licence

• Forklift licence desirable but not essential

• A professional mindset with strong accountability and reliability

• Ability to complete manual handling tasks as part of daily duties

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
