About the role...
We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Part time Employment Support Worker to join our team in Maroubra. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, building meaningful connections, and supporting clients to gain employment as well as access the community. 

We're looking for someone who can be available 4 days per week: 

• 4 days: Standard hours 9:00am - 5:00pm

You'll work both on-site in our Maroubra office and out in the community, supporting clients in individual and group settings. Mostly working with clients to build employer connections and assist clients to gain meaningful employment as well as build skills necessary for them to maintain employment. 

About you...
While full training will be provided, we're seeking someone who brings strong transferable skills, such as:

• Excellent communication
• Strong organisation and planning
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Adaptability in fast‑paced environments
• Problem‑solving abilities
• Effective time management

Experience working with people and managing multiple tasks in a busy environment will be highly valued.

Essential Criteria:  

• Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain) 
• Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain) 
• NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
