Dental Receptionist

Red Hill Dental is a busy modern practice located in the trendy suburb of Paddington. We are a family-owned practice established over 18 years ago. With 4 clinicians and 4 dental chairs, we perform general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, including dental implants, orthodontics and pinhole gum rejuvenation procedures. We have a loyal patient base and a close-knit team.

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis (8.15am - 5.15pm). No weekend work or late nights required. This position may grow into a Receptionist Team Leader role for the right person - with ongoing training and support.

Minimum 1 year Dental / Medical Receptionist experience is essential. 

We are looking for someone who can work alongside a very dedicated and caring team, and take on the following responsibilities:

• Professional etiquette in reception duties - answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, patient management

• Maintaining busy appointment books 

• Understanding of dentistry to comfortably present treatment plans

• Being an active team player in all areas of the practice - including working as a treatment coordinator, in steri and assisting dentist when required

• Having FUN in your day and being part of a happy team!

• Ensure smooth daily workflow and premium patient experience

Requirements:

• Experience with EXACT is preferred but not required

• Ability to design and implement policies and protocols to enhance efficiency and patient experience

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Highly organised with excellent time management skills

• Can multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
