ICT Business Consultant/Project Manager

A government authority is seeking an experienced Business Consultant/Project Manager to support the development and refinement of business cases for a program of approved ICT projects including digital signage, network upgrades, and more.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to turn early-stage proposals into clear, well-validated plans ready for investment decisions.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week) for an initial 3 months ideal for an experienced contractor or consultant looking for a flexible, high-impact assignment.

What You'll DeliverFacilitate workshops with project sponsors and stakeholders to validate objectives, assumptions, and scopeReview and refine business cases using standard templates and formsValidate project scope, costs, benefits, and resource requirementsDevelop high-level project schedules, including milestones and dependenciesPrepare project readiness and risk assessments, with recommended next steps
