Civil Supervisor – Multiple WA Locations (3–8 Month Projects + Ongoing Opportunities)

We seeking experienced Civil Supervisors for upcoming earthworks and bulk civil projects across regional Western Australia. These roles suit supervisors who thrive in fast‑paced environments, can lead crews confidently, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

About the Work

You will oversee civil crews delivering a range of project scopes, including:

• Plant Earthworks – cut/fill, pads, embankments

• Bulk Civil – large‑scale earthworks, drainage, civils packages

• Haul Roads – construction, upgrades, maintenance

Projects range between 3–8 months, with potential for full‑time ongoing opportunities.

Locations

We are mobilising supervisors for multiple regions:

• Goldfields

• Ravensthorpe

• Midwest

• Carnarvon

Site‑specific rosters and accommodation details will be provided at shortlist stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate civil crews and plant operators

• Manage daily works, production targets, and quality outcomes

• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site procedures

• Interface with clients, engineers, and project managers

• Complete daily reporting, pre‑starts, and safety documentation

• Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to scope

What You’ll Bring

• BSBWHS411

• BSBWHS414

• Statutory Supervisor Exam - Passed

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in earthworks or bulk civil

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage plant, personnel, and production efficiently

• Solid understanding of WHS and civil construction standards

• Current Driver’s Licence

• national Police Clearance

• Fit & Health to be able to pass Pre-employment medical and Drug Screening
