Open to:

• Experienced tradespeople looking for reliable ongoing casual work

• Skilled operators ready to work for themselves as subcontractors

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate

• Experience with mobile plant & underground machinery

• Valid working rights in Australia

• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical (incl. D&A)

• HR Licence & NPC preferred

For Employees:

• $80–$95/hr + Super on all hours

• Flexible rosters (8/6, 7/7, 2/2, etc.)

• Flight reimbursement for 2:2 FIFO (from all major capital cities)

• Fortnightly pay, retention bonuses & employee incentives

For Subcontractors:

• $100–$120/hr
