YOUR ROLE AT MAZZUCCHELLI’S:

As a sales professional working in our brand, you'll be responsible for your individual performance in Mazzucchelli's- ensuring it achieves its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Mazzucchellis Legacy Value (MLV) is at the heart of everything we do. Team members are encouraged to build genuine and lifelong relationships with everyday people and create memorable experiences.

• Business within a Business: You will develop and grow your own client portfolio to expand your business and personal earning potential. Focusing on creating meaningful customer connections and growing a loyal client base.

• Sales Execution: Confidently implement the Mazzucchelli’s Sales Framework to drive results and deliver memorable experiences.

• Commercial Focus: Champion a results-driven culture by guiding the team toward meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and store budgets.

• Strategic Focus: Align daily store activity with broader brand and sales strategies to meet business targets.

• Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven team culture where individuals feel supported and valued.
