Engineering Team Leader - Infrastructure

Our 50-strong National Engineering Team is led by a highly effective an experienced management team, who are passionate about team development, delivering best-in-class solutions, and continuous improvement.  The team has many examples of people who have developed their careers within Acrow, with a depth of internal experience within our Senior Engineers and Team Leaders.

We are now seeking a Senior Engineer, experienced in a wide range of temporary works mainly focused in the formwork area, to take on the Team Leader responsibilities for the NSW Engineering Team. The role is the key interface with our Sales Teams in this division, responsible for prioritising design and delivery across a complex portfolio of projects, and taking on full responsibility for final design checks and certification. 

Skills in AutoCAD (2D), Revit are beneficial although not essential. Experience with modelling packages such as Space Gass (or similar) also beneficial.

The role is based in our Sydney offices.

The fundamental need to haves:

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering

• CPEng Accreditation

• Experience in formwork design and drafting

• Obsessive attention to detail

• Effective communicator, problem-solver and solutions-generator

• Working knowledge of structural computations and design software packages

• Proactive team player
