Join Our In-Store Floral Team!

Do you have a passion for flowers, creativity and providing great customer service?

We are currently seeking 2-3 enthusiastic Floral Workers / Wrappers to join our client's in-store floral team at West End, Brisbane.

Our client is a market leader in wholesale fresh flowers and potted products, supplying beautiful floral products to major retailers across Australia.

This is initially a 4-week assignment with potential for extension. The team will be providing coverage across all 7 days of the week. The weekly roster will be shared between the successful candidates.

About the Role

As a Floral Wrapper, you will play a key role in maintaining an attractive and well-presented floral display while assisting customers with bouquet wrapping and providing valuable feedback.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Wrap bouquets for customers in a professional and attractive manner
• Maintain a tidy, full, and visually appealing floral display
• Replenish stock and ensure displays remain well-presented throughout the day
• Capture images of displays as required
• Checking flowers and plants for quality and freshness
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

About You

We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with flowers and interacting with customers.

You will ideally have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous retail, merchandising, customer service, or floral experience is highly regarded but not essential
• A creative eye and strong attention to presentation
• Good time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work area
• A reliable and flexible approach to rostered work

Hours & Availability

The in store wrappers team operates 7 days per week, with shifts shared across a team of 2-3 florists.

Typical shifts are expected to be approximately 8:00am to 4:00pm, however start and finish times may vary depending on operational requirements.

We're therefore looking for candidates who can offer flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

You won't necessarily work every day - the roster will be divided across the team to provide consistent seven-day coverage.
