Occupational Therapist

Gold Star Therapy | Western Sydney

Gold Star Therapy is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as our Occupational Therapist.

This is an exciting opportunity for an OT with a minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience who is ready to take the lead in developing and shaping our Occupational Therapy service while working alongside Speech Pathologists and Therapy Assistants.

About the Role

As our Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children and adolescents.
• Deliver a combination of clinic-based and mobile therapy sessions across Western Sydney.
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and write comprehensive reports.
• Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinical insight, guidance, and support to the team regarding Occupational Therapy best practices.
• Contribute to the growth and development of our OT service and help shape future processes and programs.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 1–2 years of Occupational Therapy experience (essential).
• Is passionate about providing family-centred, evidence-based therapy.
• Has excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Is confident providing clinical input and supporting colleagues.
• Is organised, proactive, and motivated to help grow a service.
• Holds current AHPRA registration.
• Has a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
