Aged Care (Lifestyle) - Nature based interventions

It's Naturally You (www.itsnaturallyou.com.au) has been running evidence-based nature programs with community groups since 2018. After a highly successful trial we are rolling out our nature-based lifestyle program (NURTURE) with several aged care organisations across Victoria. We have a unique set of skills and experiences in our team including adult education, Occupational Therapy, Aged Care, nature based interventions and evidence based research, all important in crafting our program.

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and genuine caring individual to join our growing team. You will work 1:1 and with small groups in delivering, monitoring and reporting on nature-based activities within residential aged care and Home Care. You will be trained in the evidence, rationale and delivery of our NURTURE program and in doing so in a manner that is consistent with the standards and values of It's Naturally You, the Aged Care Quality Standards and the organisations that we are working with.

Your appointment will initially be on a casual basis 2-3 days per week with progression to further responsibilities in a more permanent role pending performance.
