At Concentric, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our Westminster clinic, working across a mixed caseload of paediatric clients and adults within NDIS.

Whether you're fresh out of university, building your confidence as an early career clinician, or bringing years of experience, we’ll support you to grow your skills, find your clinical interests and build a career that works for you.

You’ll have the best of both worlds — clinic-based therapy and community work, with the opportunity to support clients in their homes, schools and other community settings.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same.

You'll work with children, adults and their support networks to improve communication, participation and independence in everyday life.

You'll Be Supported To

Manage a mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseloadComplete speech, language, communication and functional assessmentsDevelop individualised, evidence-based therapy plansDeliver engaging interventions across clinic and community settingsWork with paediatric clients across areas such as speech, language, social communication and literacySupport adult NDIS participants with communication and participation goalsWork closely with families, carers, teachers and support networksCollaborate with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionalsBuild your clinical confidence and develop your areas of interestTake part in regular mentoring, supervision and professional development

Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you won't be expected to do it alone. You'll have experienced clinicians around you to ask questions, bounce ideas off and learn from every day.
