Document Controller

• Initial 6-month contract with chance to extend
• Requires Telco/ heavy industry experience
• Hybrid working based in Perth CBD

The client:
A leading global technology solutions client that was founded over a century ago.

The role:
We are seeking a Document Controller with extensive document control and project coordination experience within the telecommunications AND/ OR a heavy industry for an initial 6-month contract located in the Perth CBD.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer project document control processes, ensuring the accurate registration, distribution, transmittal, filing, and archiving of design documentation, project deliverables and vendor data through Teambinder
• Lead document coordination activities across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring controlled documentation is managed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards and compliance obligations
• Supports activities related to project planning, scheduling and implementation of the plan

 
Key skills:

• Extensive commercial experience in a previous document control position working on large, complex projects
• Previous project coordination experience is required
• Working knowledge of Team Binder AND/ OR SharePoint is preferred
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
