Hourly rate: $32.61 - $36.23 + Superannuation + penalty rates for afternoons, nights and weekends and NFP salary packaging (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you!)

The requirements

No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a carer, you’ll also need:

A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
Must be available for an immediate start.
An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
