Pilates instructor

About the role

As a Movement Instructor at EC, you'll deliver premium, coaching led sessions that build confidence, capability and longterm movement literacy. This role is perfect for instructors who bring energy, initiative, and genuine care for people — and who want to be part of a modern Movement Studio, not a traditional gym.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver highquality Hot Pilates, Yoga, Stretch & Flex, and mobility sessions

• Coach with clarity, confidence and strong technical understanding

• Provide regressions, progressions and personalised support

• Create a warm, premium member experience every session

• Contribute to a positive, communitydriven studio culture

About you

• Certification in Pilates (Mat/Reformer or Hot Pilates pathway)

• Additional skills in Yoga, mobility or stretch therapy (highly valued)

• Strong anatomy and movement knowledge

• High energy, initiative and genuine care for members

• Professionalism, reliability and alignment with EC's coaching culture
