See yourself in our team
Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB) is on an ambitious journey to our 2030 vision, and this is one of the most influential roles in making that happen. As COO for RAB, you'll be the operational engine behind our leadership team – the trusted advisor who turns strategy into execution and makes sure the frontline can do what they do best.

You'll be a key contributor to the RAB Leadership Team (LT) and the go-to voice on how we get things done well.
This is a role of real substance and breadth. It's one where your impact will often be felt more than it's seen. You'll be a key influencer across the RAB business and within Business Banking. If you're motivated by influence, stakeholder relationships, achieving business outcomes and building genuine capability within our team, you'll thrive here.
