Senior Management Accountant

The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to deliver reporting, insights, and analysis that drive strategic and operational decisions. You’ll support month‑end reporting, build business cases, identify risks, and provide commercial advice. Your work will include budgeting, forecasting, analysing results, and helping teams make confident, data‑driven decisions — a hands‑on role with real visibility and impact

Your key responsibilities

Monthly management report preparation. Proactive analysis of costs and cost drives to support operations to manage budgets and deliver efficient services. Gain a thorough understanding of impactful cost and revenue drivers to implement and improve forecasting accuracy. Work closely with key stakeholders and internal customers relating to financial matters. Conduct variance analysis on all forecast inputs, investigate anomalies and negotiate with forecast providers to manage variances. Further adapt and enhance the reporting procedures and strategy to ensure the finance function continues to achieve efficiencies and compliance with policies and accounting standards.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Accounting or similar subject Hold your Professional Accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc)4 years accounting experience in budgeting, forecasting, creating timelines and management reporting. Proven ability building strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel and broader MS office skillset. Strong communication and presentation skills with staff and senior management.
