We are looking for an experienced WA Licensed Plumber to join our growing team in a full-time role.

About the Role

Your day-to-day work will primarily involve:

• Maintenance plumbing and general plumbing repairs
• Insurance-related plumbing repairs and rectification works
• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
• Attending residential properties and communicating professionally with customers
• Completing quality workmanship to Australian standards
• Providing clear communication and updates to customers, builders, insurers and the office
• Completing job documentation and reports as required
• Participating in a rotating after-hours/on-call roster

About You

Ideally, you will have most of the following:

• WA Plumbing Licence and Gas Fitting Licence
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
• Strong experience in maintenance plumbing
• Previous insurance repair experience highly regarded
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Professional, reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
• Willing to participate in a rotating after-hours/on-call roster
• Flexible with overtime when required
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
