Sales Coordinator / Account Executive

About The Role

This is an opportunity to join Tapt Media's Perth sales team in a key coordination role supporting 6PR Radio & Audio.

Working closely with the Direct Perth Sales Team and Sales Executives, you'll coordinate advertising campaigns for direct advertisers, ensuring campaigns are accurately booked, coordinated and delivered effectively .

You'll provide strong administrative, campaign and client support while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Tapt Media to maintain a high level of client service, campaign delivery and operational efficiency.

You'll also play an important role in supporting campaign performance, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and building effective relationships with direct advertisers and clients.

• Provide regular reports and campaign updates to direct clients and the sales team on campaign delivery.
• Conduct campaign optimisation to support efficient integration, media performance and client satisfaction.
• Monitor campaign delivery, proactively optimise performance and report progress against client objectives.
• Generate, analyse and deliver ad hoc and month-end delivery reports and billing information.
• Assist in developing business within assigned accounts by identifying opportunities to upsell and grow revenue.
• Accurately process advertising bookings and ensure efficiency in relation to advertising operations, processes and procedures.
• Maximise revenue generated from clients within your assigned portfolio through optimising campaign performance and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

About you

• You're highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• You're commercially minded and committed to delivering a high level of service to direct clients.
• You're proactive, collaborative and able to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and the Direct Perth Sales Team.

• Sales or media experience - beneficial
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to quality, detail and results.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and internal stakeholders.
• Sales or media experience would be beneficial.

• Previous sales or media experience.
• An understanding of the radio and audio media environment, particularly 6PR Radio & Audio.
• Experience in a client service, sales coordination or advertising environment.
