About the role
$65,000 + 12% Super (depending on experience & days worked)
📍 Castle Hill | Permanent Part Role | Immediate Start
Family owned since 1939, Nobby Kitchens is one of Australia’s most respected kitchen manufacturers. Known for exceptional quality, integrity, and customer service, we continue to grow — and we’re now looking for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator / Trades Administrator to join our busy Operations team.
You’ll be working from the Castle Hill showroom / office in a supportive, energetic environment alongside people who genuinely care about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Our customers regularly sing our praises on Product Review — and you’ll be part of the reason why.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, organisation, and being at the centre of a fast-moving team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our installation team and ensuring our customers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their kitchen installation journey.
If you enjoy setting priorities, ticking off daily wins, and communicating with a wide range of people — this role will suit you perfectly.
We offer flexibility to suit the right person:
Part-time (5 days):
8:30am–2:30pm or 9:00am–3:00pm
This is an on-site role based in Castle Hill and cannot be performed from home.
Answering and managing incoming phone calls
Liaising daily with customers, project managers, installers, and trades
Issuing schedules and documentation to trades, suppliers, and customers
CRM data entry and maintaining accurate job records
Managing follow-ups and ensuring customers are contacted on time
Supporting the installation and operations teams with administration
General office and coordination duties
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise your workload
A clear, confident communicator (phone & email)
Resilient and calm in a busy environment
Process-driven with great attention to detail
Customer-focused and genuinely enjoy helping people
Keen to learn and be part of a close, supportive team
Experience in customer service, administration, trades, or construction is highly regarded — but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Competitive hourly rate + 12% super
Extensive product and process training
Supportive, family-owned business with long-term stability
A positive, team-oriented workplace
Real opportunities for career progression within the company
If you’re looking to build a long-term career, this is an excellent place to start.
If this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and a brief outline of your experience and tell us why you’d be a great fit for Nobby Kitchens.
