About the role
Do you thrive when helping people feel supported, valued and cared for?
At Our Patch Group, we believe every child deserves a place to belong, connect and thrive. Behind every great experience for a child is a network of people who genuinely care, and that's where you come in.
Whether your background is in community services, education, disability support, family services, youth work, allied health, aged care or another people-centred profession, what matters most is your ability to build trusted relationships, solve problems and support others with empathy and care.
As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be a trusted point of contact for families and services, helping navigate enrolments, answering questions and creating positive experiences that make a real difference. Every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen connections, support communities and help children access enriching programs where they can G.R.O.W. through being Grounded, building Relationships, taking Ownership and sparking Wonder.
If you're looking for meaningful work, a supportive team and the opportunity to positively impact children, families and communities every day, we'd love to hear from you.
At Our Patch Group, we believe our greatest strength is our people. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and empowered to be themselves.
We proudly celebrate diversity and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and identities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people returning to the workforce or seeking a career change.
If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We know that skills can be developed, and some of the best candidates bring experience and strengths from different sectors and life journeys.
As a Child Safe Organisation, the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing environments where children feel safe, valued and heard, and we expect all team members to share our commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
Add values as you are to a meaningful industry, have fun while you do it and go home each day knowing you did work that truly matters!
Child Safety Commitment
Our Patch Group is committed to safeguarding children and fostering a culture where every child feels safe, respected and valued. All applicants must meet relevant screening requirements, including holding or obtaining a valid Working with Children Check and hold relevant child safeguarding training completions.
