As a Customer Care Consultant, you'll be a trusted point of contact for families and services, helping navigate enrolments, answering questions and creating positive experiences that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to families, schools and service teams via phone and email.
• Assist families with enrolments, bookings, account enquiries and general support.
• Build positive relationships through warm, responsive and solution-focused communication.
• Resolve enquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Support service teams by providing timely information and administrative assistance.
• Coordinate communications to families and stakeholders.
• Utilise and become proficient in our booking and enrolment platforms, including XAP.
• Contribute to reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
