• Manage commercial projects from contract award to handover.
• Control project timelines, costs, procurement, and reporting.
• Coordinate site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive smooth delivery and positive commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Project Manager background with a commercial builder.
• Local WA commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
• Full Australian working rights based in Perth.
