Entry-Level Opportunity – Jewellery Industry Trainee

Twin Plaza Metals is a well-established wholesale supplier to the jewellery industry, located in the Sydney CBD. We are looking for an entry-level employee to join our team and learn the business from the ground up.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to enter the jewellery industry and build long-term skills in a specialised wholesale environment. Previous jewellery industry experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, some previous work experience is preferred.

The role would suit a reliable, practical and motivated person with good numeric skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

About the role

You will be trained across different areas of the business, which may include:

• Assisting with customer enquiries

• Processing and preparing customer orders

• Stock handling and general product administration

• Basic data entry and office duties

• Learning about jewellery industry products, metals, tools and supplies

• Supporting the team with day-to-day wholesale operations

About you

The successful applicant should have:

• Good numeric skills

• Strong attention to detail

• A reliable and punctual attitude

• Clear communication skills

• Some previous work experience

• A willingness to learn and take direction

• An interest in building long-term industry knowledge

Jewellery industry experience is not necessary.

Location and hours

The position is based at our Sydney CBD office.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. No weekend work is required.
