We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, ambitious and motivated individual to come on board as a Digital Marketing professional- in an entry-level position.

Your duties will be, but are not limited to, the following:

• Creative content production;

• Customer relations: dealing with our client's customers on occasion, but also, when you progress, dealing with our client directly;

• Align with your Client Success Executives on campaigns to make sure content is meeting briefs;

• Strategically work with the Client Success Manager to ensure client accounts are progressing as intended;

• Account social media advertising creation for key accounts;

• Content Creation for Campaigns across a multitude of platforms;

• Advertising Creation for Campaigns across a multitude of platforms.

The ideal candidate will have:
This role is suited to someone who loves to challenge themselves with new opportunities every day and will stand out with the eagerness to learn, but also contribute to growing our agency further:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or PR - Not essential but advantageous

• Previous experience in either: digital marketing, a previous customer-facing role, graphic design, or an account management role.

• An understanding of social media

• Creative and analytical skills (need both)

• Excellent organisational skills

• Great phone manner, along with customer service skills

• Be someone proactive and willing to help our agency grow

• Must be a team player who can also work well independently

• Great communication skills 

We are looking for someone with some social media experience, as preferred. But just as preferred is a background in a role with great communication skills.
